Growin’s Scala Academy was created to meet the market needs. With several years of experience in nearshore projects, Growin partnered up with the Brunel University London and put together a tailormade technical academy to accelerate Scala’s learning curve.
This Scala Academy prepares software engineers to master this demanding programming language within a short period of time, which allows Growin to guarantee continuous talent availability for our customers’ projects.
In this brochure, you’ll find out:
- The technical academy foundations: goal, target audience, selection criteria, duration, etc.;
- The course syllabus;
- Growin Scala Academy: a success story (incl. testimonials).
What our clients say about our Scala Academy
“The real attraction was the Academy program! With the Growin team in the end we didn’t even bother doing our own technical tests, because we’ve looked into the things they’ve been working on during the course and that was enough to feel confident. (…) They’re genuinely very competent and talented engineers and it’s very hard to find people who are genuine in terms of experience and have that depth of knowledge about Scala.” – Head of Engineering at a London-based company
