Tell us about your:
- experience in service desk or helpdesk in a fast-paced environment
- background in Computer Information Systems
- experience in MAC and Windows configurations
- knowledge of Google Suite, Atlassian products
- experience in conferencing technologies is a plus
- ability to adapt quickly to IT fundamentals including operating systems, networking principles, and software applications
- availability to work on-site - Carnaxide office
- ability to communicate in English
