Are you a savvy IT Helpdesk seeking a new challenge in a dynamic team? We want to know more about you!

Tell us about your:

  • experience in service desk or helpdesk in a fast-paced environment
  • background in Computer Information Systems
  • experience in MAC and Windows configurations
  • knowledge of Google Suite, Atlassian products
  • experience in conferencing technologies is a plus 
  • ability to adapt quickly to IT fundamentals including operating systems, networking principles, and software applications
  • availability to work on-site - Carnaxide office 
  • ability to communicate in English
