We’re looking for a passionate, eager to grow Business Manager to join our management team in Lisbon (hybrid work model). 

We count on you to:

  • business prospecting and attraction of new customers
  • have strong commercial skills and a strong orientation to results
  • build relationships with new clients to understand their needs
  • continuous management of the customer's portfolio
  • able to understand the business and customer expectations
  • develop and implement strategies for business grow
  • monitoring business metrics
  • attract IT talent, including sourcing, interviewing and selecting candidates 
  • understand the importance of managing relationships with consultants, implementing strategies to retain our talent
  • be fluent in English and able to have a conversation in another European language (French or German preferably)

For that, you must:

  • be growth-oriented and people-driven
  • get involved in recruiting processes
  • manage the company's performance metrics
  • come up with quick and effective solutions
  • face obstacles with assertiveness and resilience
  • be someone who likes to be challenged every day
